QSWWA Annual Community Carols - Tuesday, December 5

In a tradition going back 37 years, the QSWWA will hold the Annual Community Christmas Carols in Chiswick Park, Ocean Street, on Tuesday 5 December. Bring your picnics and rugs and bag a precious spot close to the action. Stalls, including face painting and balloon animals for children, will open at 5.30pm, followed by an official welcome and opening by the mayor at 6pm. Always a star turn, Woollahra Public School Choir will be performing again, and community carol singing will be led by a group of highly talented local singers. The barbecue will be staffed by Chiswick Restaurant to complement your picnics, and refreshments will be available. We always have great support from our local businesses who have all contributed very generously again to our raffle prizes, so be sure to buy plenty of raffle tickets and take home one of our fantastic prize baskets. Father Christmas will also be attending and available for photos with families and children. Put the date in your diary, pack your picnic and make it another very memorable evening.
