Join us and support your local community

Individuals and businesses can become members of the QSWWA. Select the membership level you would like from the list below. Each member is entitled to one vote at general or special meetings of the Association. Once you've complete your membership submission, don't forget to check your Profile and edit to suiit your preferences.  See the above menu item for details.

Membership is annual, from 1 April to 31 March. Renewal notices will be send out a month before expiry, or you can edit your profile to automatically make recurring payments each year.

Please note that Household membership allows for two members but stores the details of each member separately. The initial member applying for Household membership will be regarded by the system as the primary contact (the "bundle manager") and the person to whom Membership renewal emails will be sent and who can edit account details. When the Household Membership is being created, it won’t ask for details of the second member.  Once the Household membership has been completed, the primary contact can then log on as a member and can then add, edit or remove the second Household member in the Bundle Summary area under your Membership details.  You don’t have to add the details of a second member, but we advise it, as the second member will be included in emails to members, can log onto the system using their email and then access members only pages, make reservations for member-only events or at member-only prices etc. etc

Lapsed members - if you try to join and the system says you are a Lapsed member and need to log on to renew, but you then realise you don't have a password:

1. Click the Logon button at the top of the home page, enter your email in the email box and click Forgot Password. That will take you to a screen to send you an email with password reset instructions.
2. Log into the website with your new password, then click on your name at the top of the page to take you to your Profile.
3. In your Membership section, it will show your former membership and your status as Lapsed. Click on the Renew membership button and it will take you through a process to verify/edit your details and let you pay online.
