The 2025 QSWWA Annual General Meeting and Social Drinks for Members will start at 6pm upstairs in the Queen Street Lounge at the Woollahra Hotel on Tuesday, 2 June.  Doors will open from 5.30pm, so please come early so that we can start promptly.  To speed entry and help us with catering, please can you register for this event in advance by logging in at https://woollahravillage.com.au and going to the Events page. Note that this is for members only and, being the AGM, is a free event. Individual and Business Memberships are entitled to register one voting member while Household Memberships are entitled to two voting members. If your membership has lapsed or you are not a member, you will need to rejoin or join on the website first, https://woollahravillage.com.au/join-us  before being able to register. Alternatively you can join or rejoin and register at the door.

We are continuing the format of combining the AGM with Social Drinks, with the Association providing a welcome drink and canapes for members. Using the Woollahra Hotel will also enable members to continue after the meeting, should they wish. We will also be inviting all the volunteers who performed so magnificently during the Woollahra Festival 2025 weekend so we can take this opportunity to thank them and celebrate their great contribution to the community.

The Agenda and Nomination form for Membership of the Commitee can be downloaded here. Nominations must be received by May 20. The 2024 QSWWA Financial Report will be available before the meeting and members notified by email. The minutes of last year's AGM can be downloaded here. In addition, three Special Resolutions to change the constitution will be presented for approval to ensure we comply with ATO requirements for Not For Profit status. These Special Resolutions require a 75% majority to be adopted, not the standard 51%. Details of these resolutions can be downloaded here.

I encourage all members to attend to hear about your Association, catch up with and socialise with other members as well as meet with our special guests.
