        Dear {Contact_First_Name},
As the weeks go by after the NSW Government's annoucement to rebuild Woollahra Station and rezone the area for 10,000 new dwellings in Edgecliff and Woollahra, the evidence continues to mount that this was not based on any detailed, serious planning, but just an announcement for political convenience.
Read this article published in Friday's Sydney Morning Herald (click here) and be astounded (or maybe not) by the lack of preparation. Officials were only asked to provide input 72 hours before the announcement so its all just finger in the air stuff. The NSW Labor government might think they can get away with treating the Eastern Suburbs with contempt because they don't vote for them but this appalling, high-handed approach will surely come back to bite them.
We will keep you updated as more information comes to light.
        Regards
        Giles
