Paint Woollahra Village Art Competition

It’s on again – the QSWWA community art competition! Enter now and get creative with your paint, easels and brushes and paint any building or scene in our village. Cash prizes to be won and paintings will be on display at the exhibition later this year.

Registration fees are $20 for one entry, $40 for two.  Click on the Register button to eter. 

1st Prize $2500, 2nd Prize $1000, 3rd Prize $500. 

Works can be in any medium with maximum size 800mm x 800mm (30” x 30”) and needs to be mounted so it can be hung in the exhibition. The competition is open to any artist but the subject must be a building or street scene around Woollahra Village. Each artist can submit 1 or 2 entries. Separate artists should register individually with their own email address. We will be sending out further details to all registrants in mid-September regarding dates and times to drop off entries.

The last date for registering is September 17. Entries will be shown at the Fellia Melas Gallery. 2 Moncur Street, on October 9 and 10. The evening of October 9 will be the awards event and will be ticketed. For further details, contact John Knott on 0413 328 815 or via the QSWWA website.
